Matt shares how Shell revisited its value streams to better understand whether its ARTs were still fit for purpose, how customer feedback and data helped shape the conversation, and why value stream alignment should become part of the system rather than a one-time exercise.

The conversation also touches on the human side of change. Because reshaping value streams is not only about structures, systems and skills. It is also about trust, transparency, team buy-in and helping people move beyond the ways of working they have become attached to.
