Your impact:
- Analyzing the marketing and communication strategy and optimizing where necessary.
- Identify the most important target groups and translate them into easily targetable personas.
- Optimizing the media asset mix (owned, earned and paid) for online, offline and B2B events based on a customer journey analysis and business objectives.
- Set up clear KPI’s to measure and optimize all efforts.
- Creating a strategy to generate leads and working on the execution.
Who are you?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree.
- You have 4-6 years of marketing and communication experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English.
- You are self-driven, have the ambition to get the most out of your work and have a positive mindset.
- You have proven leadership experience and the ability to further develop talent.
- You are strategically strong and dare to make choices to support the business.
- You have strong analytical skills that you can translate into impactful strategy, tactical plans and optimizing the total deployment of recourses.
- You are creative, enterprising, self-motivated and can handle freedom and responsibility well in a rapidly changing environment.
